SUB's Calling - Top 3 Januar
Hallo ihr Lieben,
heute werde ich euch die ersten 3 Bücher für meine neue Kategorie „SUB’s Calling –Top 3“ vorstellen. In diesem Monat handelt es sich dabei um eine Mischung aus Büchern die recht neu in meinem Regal sind, und solchen, die schon länger hier stehen und auf mich warten. In diesem Monat handelt es sich bei um „Save Us“ von Mona Kasten, „Shadow and Bone“, den ersten Teil der Grischa-Trilogie von Leigh Bardugo, sowie „Dracyr“ von Susanne Gerdom.
Save Us
Save Us ist der dritte Teil der Maxton-Hall Trilogie. Nachdem ich die ersten beiden Bände verschlungen habe, war ich nun sehr gespannt auf das große Finale und habe es mir direkt gekauft. Aber irgendwie bin ich immer noch nicht dazu gekommen, es zu lesen und würde das gerne endlich ändern.

Shadow and Bone
„Shadow and Bone“ ist die Originalversion von „Grischa – Goldene Flammen“. Da ich schon so viel positives über die Grischa-Trilogie gehört habe und momentan noch „Das Gold der Krähen“ lese, was bisher einfach fantastisch ist, möchte ich nun auch die anderen Geschichten des Grischa-Verse entdecken. Da die Bücher auf Deutsch ja zumindest als Hardcover nicht mehr wirklich erhältlich sind, habe ich mich dafür entschieden, mal wieder auf Englisch zu lesen. Außerdem finde ich die Optik des Schubers, zu dem auch eine Karte Gehört, einfach hinreißend. Wenn ich „Das Gold der Krähen“ abgeschlossen habe, wäre es verlockend direkt noch tiefer in Leigh Bardugos Welt abzutauchen.

Seit ich Susanne Gerdom vor ein paar Jahren durch eine Leserunde entdeckt habe, und total begeistert war, haben sich so langsam viele ihrer Bücher in meinem Regal angesammelt. Sie nehmen sogar ein eigenes Regalbrett für sich ein. Leider habe ich noch nicht einmal die Hälfte davon gelesen und vor allem „Dracyr“ ruft mir aus dem Regal immer wieder zu. Schließlich liebe ich Drachen und Susanne Gerdom hat sicher eine fantastische Geschichte daraus gewoben.
