Das Cover des zweiten Bandes gefällt mir sehr gut. Zu sehen ist der weibliche Meeresflügler Tsunami, um die es im zweiten Band geht. Daher passt das Cover auch wunderbar zum Inhalt. Wenn man außerdem bedenkt, dass „Wings of Fire“ eigentlich eine Kinderbuch-Reihe ist, gibt es hier absolut nichts zu meckern.Über das Buch
Der dritte Teil von „Wings of Fire“ wird aus der Perspektive von Glory erzählt, und damit kommt endlich meine Lieblings-Drachendame zu Wort. Schon in den ersten Bänden mochte ich Glory aufgrund ihrer sarkastischen Art, ihrem Mut und ihrer Klugheit. Deshalb habe ich mich besonders auf diesen Band gefreut und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Was mir wie schon in den anderen beiden Bänden sehr gut gefallen hat, war die Entwicklung, die Glory durchgemacht hat. Da sie nicht in der Prophezeiung vorkommt, fühlt sie sich zunehmend aus der Gruppe ausgeschlossen, obwohl die anderen versuchen ihr zu vermitteln, wie willkommen und wichtig sie als Teil der Gruppe ist. Während sie am Anfang dazu neigt, alle Probleme der Regenflügler alleine lösen zu wollen, erkennt sie am Ende, dass sie die Hilfe ihrer Freunde braucht und man manchmal zusammen stärker ist.
Neben Glory mochte ich die anderen Drachlinge auch wieder sehr gerne, obwohl sie aufgrund von Glorys einzelgängerischem Verhalten erneut ein wenig in den Hintergrund gerückt sind. Sehr gut gefallen haben mir aber auch die neuen Charaktere, wie Deathbringer. Sein Geplänkel mit Glory war einfach fantastisch und ich habe mich unglaublich gut amüsiert. Und auch unter den Regenflügler waren einige Unikate, die das ganze bereichert haben. Darunter der stehts gut gelaunte Jambu sowie der kleine Drachling Kinkajou, der auf seine extrem nervtötende Art irgendwie überaus liebenswürdig ist.
Etwas schade am zweiten Band fand ich, dass man relativ wenig von den anderen vier Drachlingen mitbekommen hat, da Tsunami die meiste Zeit allein unterwegs war. Ich hätte gern noch mehr über die anderen erfahren, aber da sicher jeder der Drachlinge noch zu Wort kommen wird, ist es eher ein kleines Manko. Insgesamt finde ich die Perspektive der Drachen aber sehr gelungen, da sie ganz andere Möglichkeiten bieten, als menschliche Protagonisten.
Die Hörbuch-Umsetzung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Stimme von Nana Spier passte für mich sehr gut zu Glorys Art und ich mochte ihre Art zu lesen.

Ich liebe die Autorin ♥ Hast du die Magic-Park Reihe von ihr schon gelesen? Auch super 😀 Aber erst mal zurück zum Buch/Reihe. Mit er habe ich auch schon geliebäugelt und dann erst Band 2 geschenkt bekommen *menno* ^^ Nun ist aber inzwischen auch Band 1 eingezogen und mal sehen wann es in meinen Fingern landet 😀 Die Story klingt auf jeden Fall wieder richtig süß. Und diese Cover *Schwärm*

bis auf "Wings of Fire" hab ich von der Autorin noch gar nichts gelesen. Aber ihr Schreibstil ist echt schön und ich werde mich sicher mal umschauen, was es noch so von ihr gibt. Wings of Fire ist auf jeden Fall super und du solltest dringend anfangen, ich habe die Drachlinge auf jeden Fall schon ins Herz geschlossen 😀
